History: After nearly a decade of dominance since the arrival of Arrigo Sacchi, AC Milan had a minor blip in the 94/95 season finishing 4th in Serie A and reached the final of UEFA Champions League, narrowly losing to a young Ajax Amsterdam team. The shirts made by Lotto in the 90s was stylish for its time, with the collar and details in the design, with only the felt number 11 printed, the shirt represents a time when permanent squad numbers weren't a thing, and players do not have names on the back of jerseys. The player closely associated with the number 11 of Milan in that dominant period was striker/winger, Marco Simone. Simone was part of the dominant Milan side that won four Serie A titles, two Champions League & two European Super Cups before joining Ligue 1 sides, PSG & Monaco.
