The 2007/08 season turned out to be Kaka's last season at the San Siro club as Real Madrid signed the 2007 Ballon d'Or & FIFA World Player of the year after helping AC Milan gain revenge in the Champions League, beating Liverpool in the 2007 Final. The 07/08 season saw the Rossoneri finished 3rd in the Serie A but won the UEFA Super Cup & FIFA Club World Cup with Kaka finishing as top scorer for Milan.
