Inter Milan 2019/20 third shirt design element derives from two distinctive seasons (97/98 - black with yellow details & 09/10 - crew neck) which also celebrates Inter's long running association with shirt sponsor, Pirelli. The design also paid homage to Pirelli's product of tyres used in Formula 1. That season Inter finished second in the Serie A and would build on the momentum to finally win the Scudetto the following season after a ten year wait.
